This multipurpose iconic project is a mixed use development encompassing office areas, retail areas and residences. The project consists of three basements, a ground floor, mezzanine, technical floor, and 20 upper floors. The project features an ultra high performance concrete perforated façade covering the north elevation of the tower. Our scope includes all civil works, architectural, electro-mechanical and internal finishes.
