Located within the Qatar Entertainment City - Lusail with a built-up area of 95,000 m², the 461 room Alar Hotel is comprised of two basement floors, ground floor and 12 floors, including a spa, restaurants, a ballroom, lounges, terraces, landscaping works, swimming pools and kids play areas, with a section for offices and utility areas. Furthermore, the scope of works also includes marine works which incorporate environmental study, geotechnical investigation works, design, supply and laying of beach sand, Rock Groyne, and installation of Jetty along with gangway and pontoon.
