Sky Tower is located in the historic city of Limassol on the southern coast of Cyprus. It is situated on a prime plot toward the eastern side of the city. Sky Tower soars to over 100m in height, accommodating a total of 84 exclusive apartments ranging from one-bedroom units to large duplex penthouses. It is comprised of one basement, a ground floor, and 23 upper floors. Our scope of works along with our partner Atlas Pantou include all structural works for the superstructure in addition to all electro-mechanical, finishing, façades and landscaping works.
